Ur'win Council
Peace, Honour, Order
Much like the Emperor's rule the government within Ur'win City has a similar structure. With council members for the different sectors and classes of it's citizens.
Structure
The Council of Ur'win City convene together to decide on the best courses of action with the walls of the city in accordance to Emperor Ar'iani's decisions. In the most direct control of the council is Lo'thrien Talron the one member of the Council of The Reach and the Emperor's ambassador.
Demography and Population
The general populace within Ur'win City is divided into social sectors. Areas such as the Slums, the Diamond district, the Barracks, Docks and Craftsmen are clearly seperated, though most middle class citizens are intermingled with Lower-Middle and Upper-middle classes. A combination of social mixing and segregation is found in Ur'win City.
Military
Military actions within Ur'win City are managed by none other than Lo'thrien Talron himself. Head of not only the military within Ur'win City being a direct member of Council of The Reach and a ambasador to Emperor Ar'iani himself. Lo'thrien Talron manages all the recruitment and training efforts for all of the soldiers within The Reach. Ur'win City is the epicentre of all military training and recruitment.
Foreign Relations
Relationships with other cities and foreign bodies entering Ur'win City is maintained by Chao Shin. She maintains the harbour and takes documentation on all those entering and leaving the city from the Koltain Sea. Those who enter the city from within The Reach are less of a concern because of the political status between Ur'win City and the rest of The Reach is quite positive.
Agriculture & Industry
Farming districts and common-folk are represented and maintained by Bree Goodbarrel. Attaining livestock levels and grain stores as well as assuring the fair dispersion of these goods.
Trade & Transport
Mercantile responsabilities fall on one of the Garrick Clan members, Eldon. He maintains records on trade, imports and exports within Ur'win City and also is the council representative of the Merchants and Craftsmen of Ur'win City.

Yevelda also works directly with Eldon Garrick, the Merchant Representative in the matters of exporting goods to various locations outside The Reach.
Major Imports
With direct working relationship alongside Chao Shin, Yevelda works with the dockworkers of Ur'win City. Maintaining stock on trade and imports coming through naval means. She also is the representative of the dockworkers and fisherman of Ur'win City within council debates and decisions.
Legislative Body
The Ur'win City council maintains the laws within Ur'win City in accordance to the decisions made by Emperor Ar'iani and directed through his council member Lo'thrien Talron.
Judicial Body
Within Ur'win City the government's laws and judicial system is maintained by Gunter Stonejaw. He also represents the guards within political council meetings.
