Dreaming Death

"It began a few weeks ago, people's spirits began to disappear, gone without a trace... Those who came back from the dead beforehand  began to get more tired as the days went by. Slowly they wasted away into an eternal sleep; again, no spirit was found.  Professionals began to call it the Dreaming Death as it left the body in an almost peaceful catatonic state that resembles eternal rest.  No one has found a cure, instead, I found a cause; apparently an eldritch machine known as the Soulmonger has the capability of controlling life itself.  Its location: the Skyfall Peninsula in the southern continent of Xen'Drik."
