Uvinggs (OO-vings)

The vastness of this Upper Lesser Ward that used to be a more lovely collection of homes till an asteroid impact blew open this area. Leaving open a wound in this ward that would never heal. Though this scar across the landscape lasted it was instead moved into by a group of disgruntled pilots who decided to move in. Though the Atmosphere was ruptured, destroyed and the amenities like food, water, air and heat are rarer in this place as the pipeworks to this location have gotten destroyed, shipments still arrive and get sold as packages to people who come to the area.
Uvinggs is known as the vast empty space for training, they give out lessons to people who wish to become pilots and the certificates are unofficial but many of the transport companies accept them anyways in times of shortage or need as they are given out by the old veterans who had gotten let go due to demands or requests from the nobles or higher ups meddling's. 
While many people here look for work after graduating many ships can dock in this area to pick up deck hands or people to man ships, it's a cheaper location for staff to hire. Many of those from the official district look at those from Uvinggs with distrust and dislike as they are taking work from them which has let some tension build.

Important Locations

The Caravan Camp: The large training grounds moves from location to location which means the Caravan Camp is an ideal location for sleeping quarters. Its moving band of carts, caravans and carriages slowly travelling to many locations before setting up a temporary camps. This group is always adding to or removing depending on the people who join it. 
The Training Field:  The groups of training fields that house the Uvinggs, they are maintained by the pilots as a group council of the oldest pilots and unions together who work everything together. The fields have many different training areas and mending's. It is clear that those who go through these courses they will be in for a rough time but a good lesson non the less. 
Burial Ground: The pilots trained are a small tight knit group. Brothers and Sisters who went through trial and problem together. Though at the end of the day sometimes accident happens on ships, bodies dropped off at Uvinggs by cheap captains who do not care for those in the settlement. These people are buried in the Burial Ground to never be forgotten.
