The Kaiser is the emperor of a mysterious army that invaded the continent when it was divided into a dozen kingdoms. He employed cruel men to win his wars for him, while he established a new world order. He was able to defeat the unorganized kingdoms and unify the continent, except for the defiant region known as Titan.
