Inzistrum Hortlorke
Grand Vizier, Archmage of Xosutan, Highest Mage of the Realm
Archmage Inzistrum Hortlorke, is the Grand Vizier of The Xosutan Kingdom, serving the King Zaocha-Viz Xosutan and his family for many generations. Originally from the country of Magia, Inzistrum was sent to Xosutan over three centuries ago as part of his training, to serve the court mage currently there who was also from Magia. Inzistrum eventually succeeded that court mage when an attack by a dragon ended in their death, seeing the extend of the resources Xosutan could lend to them, Inzistrum split from Magia and fully devoted himself to Xosutan.
In their many years of service Inzistrum has become such a normal sight amongst the royal family of Xosutan that his absence from them is nigh unthinkable. He rarely ventures away from the capitol, preferring to send agents through portals to get whatever he may need. Inzistrum has yet to take any apprentice, and has refused all those who have petitioned him.
Inzistrum is a master of the ancient technology of Xosutan, having spent his life trying to uncover the mysteries of Stellarium, being the most knowledgable member of the court when it comes to the long winded history of the Kingdom as well as both its ascendancy and fall.
