RippleTeeth Reef
The village that Chum grew up in; home to the Sharkmen. Not to be confused with their Mayan-Shark cousins, the Sharkmen embrace their ancestry of sharkhood, basing their culture and traditions on their unique species, attempting to stand on their own in contrast to the land-walkers cultures.
Demographics
Sharkmen are culturally split into 3 groups, in descending order; the 3 leaders sit at the top. The proven sharks sit at the middle; the majority of Sharkmen are in this catagory. Then, the unproven or weak; they are looked down upon, and usually perform minor or lesser tasks, though the taboo against them is not nearly as harsh as some land-walkers treat each other, most conflicts consisting only of insults or minor scraps.
Government
RippleTeeth Reef is run by a 3-shark system; Each shark bites their way to the top of their respective ring, each holding an equal 1/3rd power for decision making of the tribe. The sections are split into 3. The first is the Greatest White; only strong and clever and swim their way to this rank, and hold dominion over the military, defense, and other martial duties of the Reef. The second is the Heirarch Shark; only a shrewd and charismatic shark can hold this position, governing the Reefs finances and city politics. The third and final position is the Magnate; the holder of the Reefs history, traditions and beliefs; entrusted with the sacred duty of ensuring the Sharkmen history is preserved, and the new generations are educated. These three top-sharks make the decisions for the Reef, and hold the most power; though their positions aren't permanent, and are often replaced by superior sharks looking for their shot.

Industry & Trade
Most Sharkmen are hunters, gatherers or crafters; the sea and it's surrounding areas are abundant, and while they don't often trade with outsiders, the Sharkmen don't have to worry about not-full bellies.
Infrastructure
Buildings made of a mixture of sand, stone and coral/reef; due to being underwater, they've never developed roads or similar technology.
Assets
Abundant sea life, nearby ship graveyard that hosts great bounties, obsidian from nearby underwater volcanic activity,
History
The Reef was claimed by the earliest Sharkmen ancestor; unfortunately, before a Magnate being elected became the norm, most of the history of the Sharkmen is lost; this is a stain on their peoples honor, as they value their history and take great pride in it; striving to never let something like that happen again, taking great care in preserving their documents and history.
Architecture
The RippleTeeth Reef looks almost like someone took a few children's sandcastles, upped the detail and scale, and made them livable; the Reef is a mixture of coral, natural formations, and fin-carved sand and stone that nestles among the coral and reef.
Geography
The RippleTeeth Reef is a large Coral Reef located to the southwest of Rhydos, in the bottom-left area of the map; the exact location is unmarked, and difficult to find for a non-Sharkman. A rather large ship graveyard rests near the Reef; the result of a large battle from several years ago.
