Queen of the Elves, Lady of Hearts, The Shield of the Elves

Ilyena is the elven goddess of Love, Beauty, Fertility as well as Queen of the Elves. She is arguably the most powerful female goddess in the Ellesentiri and uses this power to spread happiness amongst her charges. Though she acts as a mothering presence at times, Ilyena could be a formidable enemy. Her loyalty and protective urges of the Elves are only bested by those of Kellaran. Together, the two lead the Elven Deities in matters of great import. Although Kellaran acts as the face for the Ellesentiri, in truth it is Ilyena who keeps the chaotic deities in line and together.
Ilyena enjoys works of art, especially those that work with magic and asks that her clergy support artists. Besides that, she is always up for a party, especially if that party happens to be a marriage. After all, even though life is not always full of sunshine, she believes that we should celebrate anything worthwhile to keep hope.

Ilyena is a staunch supporter of Kellaran with regards to the drow and often fights at his side (if she didn't something bad would probably happen to him). She seeks to spread love to all elves and wants her clergy to support lovers where they can.

Ilyena is well-loved among the Ellesentiri and has widespread connections outside of it as well. Her love spreads to the other forest deities as well as other deities associated with love and beauty. She also values Aemairi highly and is a well-welcomed guest with most Halfling Deities.
Her enemies include the traditional elven enemies such as the Drow and Orc deities. She also tends to work against the plans of the more cruel and tyrannical deities like Egrin.

Family Ties

Ilyena's married to Kellaran and thus became the stepmother of Vindrianne and the mother-in-law for Alleren.
