Tim & Burr Lumber Company

Timothy Holtz and Anthony Burr co-founded a humble logging company in 1242 to humble success. Located within The Trade Lands near the eastern coast. They were able to maintain a small crew of 8. Most of their labor included exploring the forest looking for quality trees for higher end products. The process was slow and time consuming, but the payment for the materials were enough to keep the everyone employed and happy. 
Year 1256 the company saw a turbulent season. Loggers had to go farther into the forest and began running into hostile beasts. Bears, wolves, and the occasional radical druid. They have deemed sections of the forest as unexplorable, the employees are a bit older and do not have much combat experience. It wasn't until they were contracted by Trade Baron Ompus were they able to afford guardsmen to help fend off the local threats. With a contract with a Baron along with the continuation of previous seasons workloads, they were about to expand their roster to more than double. 27 employees with plenty of funds available to hire personal guards for exploring parties. Things were looking good.
During the long periods of time at the lumber camp and the stress of expansion, Timothy Holtz began to develop a taste for @Sap. He would often lock himself in his office for hours, enjoying the feeling and sleeping off the after effects. Anthony Burr was too busy in the cities finding buyers for their products and looking for the next big contract. It eventually became too much for Tim as he went into his office and never came out. A week went by before employees decided to break down the door. 
Tim and Burr Lumber Company was sold to Trade Baron Ompus in 1260. Operations continued under the same name as Anthony Burr moved to Shinnaric to create a new business with his new fortune.
