General Physical Condition
he stays in great shape, with the vampiric strength and constant exercise being a main reason. he is very atheltic, but wears special armor and cloths meant to hide those features to seem weaker then he is.

Among his face, Koyastus noticably has brown eyes with no pupils. As well, his nose has signs of being broken and healed multipe times.
Identifying Characteristics
The scars along his neck are an easily recognizable sign on him. As well, his very distinctive armor and cloths allows other to recognize him from a distance

along with the super human strength, agility, regeneration and durability, vampirism has granted him, he can temporarily transform into an icy magical breeze allowing him to fly, move through people, and evade attacks, as well, he can summon his blade to him, get infared sensing, and create thick shadows in an area around him

he often wears a thick armor with a heavy fur cape during any time he is seen by the public, in private where he is alone, he wears a more casual fur robes.

in his arsenal, he has the the bronze spider pendant, as well as a special horn designed to call the tyrant guard if needed. as well, he bears a specialized armor with many earth runes enchanted into it to increase its protection. as well, he has a notaya, a thick bladed one-handed dueling blade meant for piercing armor, enchanted with runes of storm and flame magic

Personal history
Koyastus was raised in a military family, enlisting into an expedition force when he was 30, heading into the icy wilderness in search of a new place for the northern bulwark to build in. a terrible blizzards swept in, separating the expedition force. in a chance encounter, Koyastus found a hut in the desert, the stranger showing mercy to the soldier, offering him food and shelter. after hearing his story and hunger for greatness, the stranger offered him power and greatness from the power of blood. he accepted, and left once he had recovered from the process, he returned back to his home with a ring the stranger gave him to hide his powers, the only survivor of the blizzard. he began to grow in rank in the first shield, eventually becoming its leader, all the while no one was aware he had become a vampire. eventually, the current tyrant died, and as he was the first shield captain, he got the position.

he worked as a soldier originally, serving in the 3rd shields . after the failed exploration, he moved to the the 1st shields. he eventually rose through the ranks to reach the role of high-captain of the 1st shields. after the old tyrants death, he took the position of northern tyrant
Accomplishments & Achievements
the survival of the failed exploration, as well as his many military victories against violent elementals during his time as a high-captain. his work on stopping traitors and spies in the fortress have also gotten much recognition.
Failures & Embarrassments
When he was in the exploration group, he saw signs of the blizard coming, but thought they would be able to deal with it safely. this ultimately led to the force being wiped out. as well, in the latest war of flame and frost, his strategies led to the loss of outside outposts

knowing that he would be hunted and executed like he was forced to see the man who made him vampire was, he is suspicious of everyone, rarely telling anyone anything besides what he believed they would need.

He believed that the ends will justify the means no matter what. he often uses tactics that others would found dishonorable and evil, such as the use of assassins, spies, and bribery. to him, his people is what matters, and any pain he commits on others is justified if it helps his people. He believes that since the other species would gladly turn on the bulwark, it is only fair to hurt them to keep our survival
