The sheep king's magic trick

Transmission & Vectors

As an honorary minor god, Cirb the king of sheep can give temporary blessings to other creatures. This particular blessing is given trough a forceful headbutt from Cirb himself. Of course, he takes care not to harm the receiver of the gift.

Causes

It is considered a rarity but Cirb occasionally gives out blessings to others than his loyal subjects. The main reason for this rarity lies in the fact that the sheep king is difficult to track down without guidance from the deities. Other than that people generally won't seek him out for protection or make offerings to solely him. Instead, they often go to Brigid's temple and make a little offering on the side for Cirb. As such the king of sheep doesn't feel the need to go out of his way and give blessings.
If creatures other than sheep do obtain a blessing it generally means they made a deal with him and he wants to make sure they can see it through.

Symptoms

Minor: Cirb is a master at moving around unseen. You can cast pass without a trace once without using a spell slot within the duration of the blessing. 1/day, 2hours
Normal: Disappearing from sight in the blink of an eye like the elusive cattle of the fey folk. you can cast Invisibility twice without using spell slots within the duration of the blessing. 2/day, 3 hours
Major: The creature receiving this blessing can cast Greater invisibility 3 times without using a spell slot within the period the blessing is active. 3/day, 3 hours.

Cultural Reception

The blessing itself is seen as something uninteresting. After all, the duration is short and a good wizard can do the same thing. It is, however, seen as impressive if someone found Cirb by their own strength without the gods.
