Badb's maddening cry

There are few mortals that can earn Badb's respect and even fewer that can gain her blessing. Those mortals who do receive her blessings, especially those who earn Badb's maddening cry, all have one thing in common. They live to fight.
To receive this particular blessing one will have to succeed the goddess's trials, one for each level. These tests can vary greatly and it is either triumph or die.
The assessments are meant to test a person's skill in fighting, mental strength and dedication to the Morrigan.

Symptoms

Minor:2/day, action. All creatures within 30 feet of you must make a wisdom safe against a DC of 10+ your wisdom modifier. On a failed safe a creature will take 1d4+ your wisdom modifier psychic damage. (duration, 1 year)
Middle:2/day, action. All creatures within 30 feet of you must make a wisdom safe against a DC of 10+ your wisdom modifier. On a failed safe a creature will take 1d6+ your wisdom modifier psychic damage. An enemy creature suffers the additional effect of being stunned until they make the safe at the end of their turn. (duration, 6 months)
Major:2/day, action. All creatures within 30 feet of you must make a wisdom safe against a DC of 10+ your wisdom modifier. On a failed safe a creature will take 1d6+ your wisdom modifier psychic damage. An enemy creature suffers the additional effect of going mad and harming themselves with a basic attack until they make the safe at the end of their turn. (duration, 1 month)
