Angry Fish Tribe

This tribe of goblins is older than the humanoïd cities across the river and shows great variety, suggesting that it is a compilation of what was once separate tribes. Of course, the goblins themselves have no idea of its ancient status and few humanoïds care to find out.

Structure

Kavar Eyeslash is the Tribes leader. He is big (fat), strong, and mean with little to no care for his fellow goblins. He takes what he wants and has a small number of goblins constantly praising him and helping him intimidate the others.
The local 'healer' is Murk Krinklenose. He's the oldest goblin of the tribe (a staggering 14 years!) and spends most of his tribe brewing concoctions, muttering to himself, and sneering at others. Murk is well respected as he not only heals the sick and injured, he's a rare goblin mage who has learned fireball! Or actually, its a fire bolt, but no goblin cares if the spell is big and flashy enough.

Structure

-Kavar Eyeslash, Chief
-Murk Krinklenose, healer and mage
-The gnashers, Kavar's closest followers
-The raiders, raid humanoïd merchants and guard the territory
-The hunters, hunt meat and gather wild plants
-The all purpose, do boring and ardeous tasks others don't want to

Culture

The tribe's culture is fairly simple. The strong rule the weak and you take whatever you want from other goblins if you have the ability.
There are few rules other than that goblins can't kill a goblin from the same tribe and also can't break or rip off a limb since those injuries may lead to death anyway. Food and resources are generally shared with others tough the strongest get the first pick.

Housing

The Angry Fish tribe makes their houses out of old row and fishing boats that have washed up on the beach or the shallows. These boats get cleaned and the holes are covered with leather to keep out the rain. These are then put upside down on stilts made out of twigs or stone so the boat is slanted and it can be accessed with ease. If there's extra material the goblins will ad curtains around the edge of the boat to keep out light and the elements.

Burials

When a goblin dies in the Angry Fish tribe they are swaddled in a large piece of cloth and taken out to sea with a row boat by whoever drew the shortest straw. They are then thrown overboard when reaching the Angry fish gulch where they become food for the sea creatures which will, in turn, become food for the tribe.
As a goblin elder put it: 'Goblins taste bad but the fish are good.'

The sea gives us life and we shall return to it in death

Gazetteer
The Angry Fish tribe rules over a piece of meadow flanked by a river, a canyon, a sea, and a busy traveling road. Here they have access to fresh fish, fresh water, a small forest to hunt, and easy loot whenever a ship goes down at the tip of the shallows.

The 3 Chiefs

at the tip of the shallows are three small, stone islands that rise out of the sand. These are named Vigo, Bor, and Lina after the first three chiefs of the tribe. The islands give little protection against the strong sea winds. As such they are mostly barren with Vigo being the only one large enough to house a few mangled-looking trees.
Both Bor and Lina have a ring of goblin-sized stones at their center with a flat bolder at the center. This bolder is used as an improvised altar by the goblins who come to ask their ancestors for guidance in luck, battle, or other such matters.
Vigo follows a similar layout but on a slightly bigger scale and with an actual sarcophagus at the ring's center. The island is also covered in Moon Leaves signifying its special status to the goblins. This resource prompts the tribe to send a small group for gathering herbs each month.
