New Draconia

Founding

After the disappearance of Draconia in 2041 some of the people from there who were traveling came back surprised to find a large empty field, with no traces of the city, dragon, or even the mountain that it surrounded. Rather than find a new place to settle the Draconian people settled in the new landscape where their home once stood. Many of the wealthy nobles of Draconia that were left funded large projects to reconstruct the city, the Bell family in particular hired artisans from all over the world to design a structure resembling the old Dragonkeep Mountain which was a landmark of the old city. After being built from the ground up, New Draconia officially turned from a landmark to a city in 2050 as the fantastical structures attracted the attention of many people who decided to move in.

Current State

Under The Grand Coalition New Draconia continued to flourish. The city continue being developed to the point where the world it is renowned as a technological marvel. The whole city stores up mechanical energy rather than electricity, the stored power is then transferred across the city using springs, gears and coils in order to move large platforms, move public transit, and power building. The built up energy can easily being converted to electrical power, which occurs in most neighborhoods, but is not usually transported as electricity. Another special detail about New Draconia is that there are many hidden passages that tend to move, disappear, or form from nowhere. Unfortunately, these passages are often used by members of the Cult of Allbazar making it difficult for the cities' guard to locate their HQ.
