The Stargaze Signal

What some people do not realize is that this universe is actually a pocket universe to another universe that the creator of this universe(Joel) came from. The barrier in between universes aren't designed for a lot of communication to roam in between. So Joel created the Stargaze Signal; what this is is a small communication array that monitors Joel's family in their universe while still being in this universe. If anything bad or unpleasant were to happen, this communication array will produce a bright curved four pointed light in the sky(in Joel's universe) that something is wrong and needs to go to his family immediately. Also the stargaze has a calibration sequence that links up the time between two universes via a warping pulse in the pocket universe so that Joel is the same age as an old friend of his. The Stargaze also acts as a torus shaped portal that links the two universes together by using 50 partial colliders within the outer universe wall to create the actual "worm hole" in between universes. The Stargaze is also equipped with 25 personal warping pads, 10 group Warping Pad, 50 space shuttles(military capable), and 50 probes.
