The Royal Champion Squad Training Grounds

Long ago a random large five storied circular building forced its way through the ground on the coast of the City of Bowerstone in the Kingdom of Faeble. At first no one knew what to expect from it, until King Orbrum Hornhelm and his nine retainers stepped foot inside. There they found many different monsters and countless treasures. After years of looting and exploring this dungeon it was converted the training grounds for the nine Royal Champion Squads... as well as a nice hot spring spa on the 10th floor.

Purpose / Function

It is the location where young newly knighted hopefuls take the entrance exams to be selected into one of the Nine Royal Champion Squads. It is also the training grounds where members of one of these squads can practice skills or get better at a various amount of other things. If a member of a RCS is looking for a chance to improve their skills or pick up a new feat all they need to do is register for classes and a master will be chosen to help them.

Alterations

In order to make sure things were secure and the overall structure could withstand powerful magic and numerous other destructive forces happening inside. King Orbrum hired the most famous architect of his time Fr'Ank Lloyd Wriiiiiight. Wriiiiight installed a magical enforced outer/inner skin to the dungeon. As well, he applied certain nullifying wards to certain levels. His work continued over the next 20 years as he went through and customized all 96 levels for whatever purpose one could think of.... like lvl 10 where he made himself a place to relax and sleep while working on this project.

Architecture

Appears to be a very foreign design concept for the people of Inspyra. It has 96 levels so a massive circular structure with columns running all the way around signifying a different level. For a real world reference think Tower of Pisa combined with the Colosseum.

History

After the Dungeon's competition it sparked a world wide race looking for more of these mysterious Dungeons. It has been witnessed that these dungeons are unpredictable and could crumble at anytime is not taken care of properly.

Tourism

The Kingdom of Feable hold daily tours of the first two floors and of the 10th floor. The 10th floor serves as a place of healing as its springs heal magical fatigue and other illnesses.
