Shlenore

"The holy capitol of the elven nation and home to The Hierophant. Shlenore is known as 'The Floating City' because of the unnatural magics which in some distant past event raised the land here. A great gate on a cliff to the South is the only known way to reach the city as they have kept their teleportation circle deactivated since The War.
Below Shlenore the darkness cast by the floating mountain of rock has caused stunted growth of the forest there and an unnatural evil is said to fester. This place is known as 'The Shadowed Lands' by the people of Fool's Hope"
