"Situated on the Broken Bay and Archipelago this important harbor is a major source of seafood for the kingdom as well as trade from several other ports. The city is ran by Lord Vanworthy who is constantly battling a local hidden group of thieves, saboteurs, and assassins calling themselves The Red Hoods. The Lord also occasionally has the odd pirate captain which gives him hell until they are chased away or executed by drowning."
