Great Cartel War
The Conflict
Prelude
In 1970 organised crime controlled large parts of Framton, but as the organisations grew there was no space left to expand, other than fighting. The "war" began when the almighty Saint-Vitus Cartel violated their alliance with the Central Authority Cartel and waged war. Over time almost all Framtonese gangs joined and the Framtonese underworld erupted into chaos.
