Kez'gen

A vassal of the Kinsei Dynasty, he is known as the pursuer for hunting down those who have wronged the dynasty. He is known to have an odd pleasure in causing as much pain as possible without completely destroying his targets. He has been seen as far as the Barony of Therrannor and is theorized to have gone farther.
