Enhanced Forced Evolution Virus Tactical Strike Unit

Created by the Enclave as the first truly successful FEV soldiers, the E-FEV soldiers were bred as unique tactical insurgent squads designed to be emotionless and remorseless killers. They were taken as children and subjugated the unique strain which enhanced their systems but made them more susceptible to radiation sickness. When they revolted against the Enclave after their leader, Anthony Hannibal Barca, gained emotions after committing a war crime: they became guns-for-hire and filed into the wastes. It has since been discovered that while causing latent radiation sickness: high doses of radiation cause extreme cellular regeneration. Anthony Barca has since reunited the organisation under the Banner of Anti-Enclave warfare.

History

Created as enhanced soldiers by Johan Jagen, who subsequently aided in their escape, the E-FEV are a breed of supersoldier designed to shutdown priority targets for the Enclave. Each soldier possesses a unique skill set that is genetically programmed into them, this includes thermal optics and superhuman strength. After a massacre took place, their leader and those that also had awakened morality rose up and escaped. Under assistance from Rival, they became an independent outfit of Enclave hunting warriors, they also target those who create other creatures to do their bidding
