A species developed by using a controlled version of the FEV that allows more precise genetic manipulation, likened to the theroetical closest to a true Tri-Helix DNA nased organism having a third helicle strang but the DNA strand snt fully intergrated with plenty of "scrap DNA" to offset this, making them liable to random genetic mutation, but unlike supermutants this manifests as more stable gentic enhancements, Boudica's precise muscle control, Hurcules'' enhanced muscle and bone density as well as stronger muscle fiber, Barca's enhanced twitch muscle and faster neurons. E-FEV are mostly emotionless and while most have left the enclave, a few remained.
