The Last Dragon

"I met a strange cleric recently. A really friendly fellow by the name of Artemir Sigsnow. He said "I can't really remember much about myself. I simply know that I was trained. One day I woke up, and I was in a Moon Church one day and now I work here. I'm not even sure if my first name is Artemir, I just know that it sounded like that. As for my last name, I woke up with an ornate sword next to me and etched into it was the word "Sigsnow". "Your name is Brave Wings?" I asked. "Ah, you speak Knight's Tongue."
My interest in this man only grew. We talked for hours that day, he had a way with words that made me feel comfortable. He was friendly and approachable. The kind of guy you would want to crack a beer with. But as he told me more about himself, as he told me stories of his strange dreams about how he once had scales, that's when I saw it. His armor was polished to a sheen, tattered in blue cloths. His flashlight glowed bright like the flames of hope. His helmet had a white feather that stood tall and proud like Blue Peak mountain. And his eye. His one good eye. It was a wave of nostalgia, I've seen this blue shine only in pictures, almost blinding me on that rare sunny day. Eyes that I had only seen in paintings of... Queen Sofidia...
I decided that it was my time to leave. I felt that if destiny truly was a thing, then me confronting him on his true identity would have no real effect at this point in time. I hadn't seen any other signs of the prophesy. I saw no Sun Witch, I saw no Candlebearer. All I saw was the Moon Drake. But at the same time, I couldn't bear to wait any longer for this age to end, for the Watchers to rest and for the New Stars to return to us once more. So I left him a note, hidden away somewhere in his room. "Your eye reminded me of someone. Go to the museum and look for a portrait of Queen Sofidia. I think you might be related. And if destiny is real, you will meet someone important there as well. I hope this works. Good luck, Artemir. -Julias

General Physical Condition

"He seemed rather healthy, he had strong muscles and a washboard stomach, but only on the right side of his body. It seems that whatever caused his amnesia seems to have given him some heavy brain damage, his left hand is paralyzed and his left eye won't dilate. Damn shame."

"Smooth cheeks but a sharp jaw, the man had some nice stubble going on."

Identifying Characteristics

"If you couldn't recognize his armor (somehow), you would definitely recognize his eye. It's so shiny and blue, almost like a mirror.
Seeing his one blue glowing eye under the black shade of a shiny helmet reminded me so much of an anime that if I ever get to meet him again I'm gonna start calling him "Kobold Killer".

Physical quirks

"As mentioned before, the man is crippled. He's got brain damage that caused his amnesia, but it also meant that he couldn't use his left hand properly, and thus he couldn't use his "Sigsnow" sword. He can still swing a short sword though. His left eye won't dilate so he can't see distance very well. Apparently he also has seizures sometimes. It's rare but the nuns have seen it happen. They were intense, he spasms uncontrollably, tearing down anything that comes in contact.
If the prophesy is real, he's going to have a hard journey ahead. I can't imagine him coming back in one piece, if at all. But his name, "Brave Wings", means "hope in the darkest times". So that's what I'm gonna do. Hope that I get to see him again.

Special abilities

"I think he can see well in the dark. Which again, supports my theory of him just blinding people with his raw starpower and FLASHLIGHT. WHY IS HE SO SHINY, I WANNA BE THAT SHINY!
Oh wait, right. I've also heard stories about how he would never raise his guard or block a sword. Instead when he fights, he keeps his arms low and keeps a distance to make sure his opponent can't hit him. It sounded familiar, and sure enough, this was the method used by a famous boxer. This man is a sports fan."
Muhammad Ali also used a similar fighting style, but he never managed to perfect it.

I think that was a chemistry joke, I'm not sure. Julias has a weird sense of humor sometimes.

"I think his specialty might be disorienting people, or at least making them as blind as him because he is shinier than my ass on the day I was born. THIS THEORY IS SUPPORTED BY THE FACT THAT HE HAS A REALLY SHINY FLASHLIGHT WITH HIM AT ALL TIMES. BATTERY POWER IS JUST GROUND UP MOONKING IN THE FORM OF TINY METAL CAPSULES. "The man is an amnesiac, he can't remember anything about his past, but his oldest memory describes a flame in an old house. It draws distinct parallels to the burning of Drusnick Manor 8 years ago, the last house of the Wurmfahngs. So I had to do some investigating. I need to know if this man truly was Artolier or if I'm just on a wild goose hunt. I found Drusnick Manor, but all I found was ruins. Nothing was left after the fire. I sifted through the ashes but I found nothing. It was all burned down. Until I turned around and noticed the corner of a burned portrait that featured a fancy sword etched with the word...

Employment

"I think he mostly works as some sort of preacher or maybe just a caretaker at the Moon Church I visited in Hinterdale. Recently though, I was revisiting Hinterdale and decided to drop by the church, see what Artemir was up to. The head nun said that Artemir hasn't been here in months. He came here one day with a strange girl and said that he found some leads on his old life, he wouldn't come back in a while.
Destiny is real... He is the Moon Drake."
