Lothis

Capitol city of the Barethonian Theocracy, largest city on Bealthir.
The city is situated on the southern shore of central Bealthir, overlooking the ocean. Built at the time of the plaguebombs by the early exodus of Leothar worshipers, it served as a bulwark to safeguard themselves from the local pagan tribes. The settlement became the base of operations of the Inquisition and steadily developed into a mighty city as the inquisition progressed.
At its center looms the mighty Citadel housing the three branches of governance: The Grand Temple of Leothar, The Palace of inquisition and the Palace of Justice.
