City 66

City 66 is the last city that The Union built, after City 452, and is on the very western edge of The Union, though it is not the farthest from the capitol. Along with it's amazing steel and gold wire production, 66 also hosts one of the biggest populations of Safety Officers in The Union, due mainly to the continued growth of disturbances in the city. The obvious threat is the large amount of Outsider raids that take place, but also there is seemingly one that sits mostly unnoticed just below the surface, but The Council have taken notice that something is amiss and want City 66 under full control. Because of this they have sent double the amount of AI Droids from the capitol of Unity to 66 in order to support those already there and ensure that order is secured.   The Risen have been conducting various escapades into the factories of City 66 in order to arm as many of their people as possible as well as improve life in the abandoned mine they use as a base. There have been various incidents where their people have intervened to prevent people from being captured or killed by the AI or the Safety Officers. At the moment they are trying to reinforce their defenses and train their people as much as possible to keep them safe.

Demographics

The People all live as one. The Risen live either amongst The People, working, gathering information, and recruiting, or out in an abandoned mine which has been reinforced with much of the cast off supports used in construction, which is their meeting place, hideout, and training center for City 66.

Government

As with other cities, 66 has a branch of The Council that acts as local Government, though they are harsher here than in others as 66 houses the largest population of The Risen, over 200 (adjust as needed or desired), and they are more aware that something is going on that they don't like.

Defences

High security due to suspicion of high population of The Risen. Usual defenses against raids from Outcast bands that escaped but did not join The Risen, such as automated gamma cannons that are set up on towers every couple miles around the circumference of the Sphere and Droids that patrol the city along with the thousands of Safety Officers.

Industry & Trade

City 66 supplies a large amount of The Union's steel and gold. They produce most of The Union's gold wiring.

Infrastructure

66 is the same as all other cities except Unity, with the business district at the center, moving further out to the science workshops and Droid repair centers, then to the factories, then the residence buildings (basically apartment buildings), and finally the outskirts, the space between the last buildings and the edge of the Sphere, about 5 miles across.
