The Bountiful Bartender Decade (a.k.a. Decade)
Decade is a 20-year-old Half-Elf (Human-Elf). He spent his childhood in poverty in the city of Patchworks, while his parents barely got by working themselves to the bone to support the family.
Despite the efforts of the Bountiful Empire's to give demi humans and non-humans equal footing with the majority of the population, there is still inherent corruption and prejudice against them. This leaves most of them in destitution, to the point where Decade's family did not have enough money to afford even a grain of rice, leaving them no other choice but to turn to debt collectors that charged insatiably high fees. Paired with the fact that his mother, while working a mana-medic gig, had contracted mana malaise and that she had already been straining her body to physical and mental limits; the spirits placed her soul at rest.
This loss reverberated throughout Decade's family and lead his father down a path of immense debauchery. Spending all remaining coin from his wallet to his pocket into his alcohol beverages rather than his children. This also made him highly aggressive and lead to common physical abuse in Decade's early to late adolescences.
However, at the age of 17 Decade had witnessed one of the worse tragedies he had yet experienced in his life. This being the death of one of his sisters Meridian. Though the onset of the grief was hardly felt due to his detachment from his family as a result of many years of beatings, the aftershock echoed through his empty life and gave him a new purpose and emotional feeling: grief. He left home permanently to wander and vowed to earn enough money to ensure he lived a happy life devoid of worries by hustling the absolute hardest and earning as much coin as possible.
After three years of hard work and accumulation his labors fruited him 70 000 000 gold points and allowed him to almost retire in The City of Oasis safely with extremely frugal economic planning, though this swiftly changed after a master-class bandit stole his bank...
