Elven Travelling Cloak

Repels water and keeps the wearer at a constant temperature. If wearer gets hot, the cloak cools down to even their temperature. If the wearer becomes cold, the cloak warms up to even their temperature. Elves use these when travelling for more than a day to lengthen the amount time and distance they can travel, and so they only need to worry of nutrition and rest.
The cloak is made for each elf and the leaves show what season the elf was born in. The intricate pattern shows the location of the elf's birth. The gold stitching on the edges is the name of the elf, but stitching is so small it is impossible to read.
