Mother Tox'a'ra

Tox'a'ra was given the title of "Mother" by the heads of the Witch clans when she formed the Mistlands Circle. The clans could have chosen other titles, such as "Archwitch" or "Queen," but they felt the ancient term for wise Witches was most suitable. Tox'a'ra Fesk

She traveled from village to village collecting what bits of Alchemagic knowledge that survived in each clan, and realized that without stronger ties between them, their culture and knowledge would be lost forever.
