Baron Natasha Trout

Natasha Trout was born to Edward Trout, her mother dying in childbirth during the Great Eastern Storm of 3043. Her father taught her the methods of surviving through criminal means; theft, piracy, extortion, and murder. However, Natasha Trout had higher ambitions. 
In her teenage years Natasha Trout began to enter the realm of politics, using her quick wit and cut throat demeanor to quickly climb the ladder of political hierarchy. By her 20s, Natasha Trout owned much of the industry in Eel Mouth and began amassing a large group of mercenaries. She granted Eel Mouth protection from pirates and ravagers and simultaneously instilled fear into the inhabitants of the fishing town. 
By her late 20s, Natasha Trout became Baron Trout and took her position as local leader of Eel Mouth.
