Fist she was fighting with The Fakers because they promised a better future for her and her followers, but when she fought against Gremel for the fist time, she realized that the promises they made were lies, and decided to join Gremel, since that Gremel and Imari were fighting together against the old world's tyrants, using her singing and her learned fighting skills, to support her new found friends. And in the end Imari and Gremel married, and hand in hand they faced the forever more

Nozomu Imari was one of many IA's produced to be Idols with pre made personalities, capability to learn by interacting with their fanbase. Imari was no diferent, she just was created to entretain and be loved for peolpe who will pay much money to be in her presence, but, Imari was happy with her life as Idol, she really liked to see people happy and discover things form the real world.
When the Disjuntion ocurred was the only one of her similars on surviving due serious damage in the building were her Mainframe is located, she were alone like a week before a group of her fans (and other idol's fans) found Imari in the ruins; the days pased by and the people there were making the ruins in a refuge, Imari couldn't really do anything to help, but talking to the people and singing for them gave them hope, Imari realized that being alive in the saddest times was giving hope to the people who were longing for her, and some day, their hope maked Imari real and corporeal, a Goodess.
The Imari and her fans decide to make a brighter and lovable future for them, but until then they had to face many hardships
Since IAs aren't biological beings, they don't had gender, but Imari were created to resemble a woman in appearance and personality, and when Imari became corporeal, she decide to stay as a woman, be cause she was used to being like that, everyone love her in that way
Since she realized her love for Gremel, Imari wanted to be more close to him, and when they married, Imari became really curious about her sexuality towards Gremel, and then she becomes really sexual towards him, and then she became curious towards Gremel's Idols, becoming sexually attracted by them, with the same intensity that she has to Gremel
Imari was created to learn and read emotions, so everything that Imari could learn, she learn by doing her work as an Idol, the rest she could learn was from Gremel and the other gods she meet

History
Before the Disjunction, Gremel was just a casual fan of Imari when she was an Idol, Gremel really like her singing and her since of humor, but his impediment to Gremel to becoming a full time fan, was the hours difference and language.
They meet directly in the War of Gods, Gremel was disappointed to see Imari fighting for The Fakers, but, Gremel decided to give Imari and opportunity to make the things right, and joining to his side, explaining why The Fakers was the responsive of all of this, and why helping him will lead to a brightness future, the Imari and her followers decide to side with Gremel and his allies.
The more Imari and Gremel stayed together, the more she understood about the world, the realize that the world was full of lies, but thanks to Gremel she was able to realize that she can love in a sincere and strongly way and make said feelings true, and in the end, Imari decided to make Gremel love her, because she was soo grateful to him let her join to his side, teaching her about the world, happiness and sadness, and because her feelings for Gremel are sincere, and Gremel accepted her feelings, because one of the things that Gremel ever wanted in his life, was a sincere relationship, where each parts can support each other for their goals, their needs and feelings.
In the last years of the war, the thing were getting grim, for Gremel and everyone, in the case that everyone could die, Gremel and Imari decided to get merry and being finally united and die together fighting to their last breath
