Alpha-Phi

Alpha-Phi (Affected by Phenomenon) is the term for something that as been affected by Phi. This can be applicable to both people, objects and even environments, all three are commonly refereed to as anomalies when in the state of Alpha-Phi.

Transmission & Vectors

The Phenomenon affects space and time and anything within, whether it be objects, beings and even atoms. In a sense it is an "opposing flow" of spacetime that can distort and warp anything in our current spacetime.

Causes

The Phenomenon essentially warps the natural state of spacetime and breaks all scientific laws . Therefore exposure to the Phenomenon or the anomalies it has created will essentially distort you. Thus the particles that you comprise of will no longer obey the conventional laws of science and will no longer be bound in current space and time.

Symptoms

The first initial symptoms after initial exposure are usually confusion and feelings of deja-vu as the person affected is technically in two spacetimes at once. Continued exposure then leads to physical effects manifesting. These can vary wildly and new effects are usually recorded on a regular basis. But the current recorded physical symptoms are. 
Visually appearing to fade or fade in and out
Rapid uneven aging of the body.
Apparitions of the affected appearing out of the body. 
Limbs or even entire segments of the body appearing to be invisible. 
Distorted perception of time and space.

Treatment

The only sort of treatment for Alpha-Phi is to reduce exposure before physical effects manifest, once physical effects manifest they are permanent as it is the very atoms and matter of a person that have been affected.

Prognosis

Initial symptoms of confusion and deja vu will dissipate once exposure to Phi has been cut off. Physical symptoms are permanent and either lead to disability, death or disappearance depending on the severity.

Prevention

The usage of an APPA device essentially binds the atoms of the wearer with the atoms of Phi. And so instead of the two spacetime's of Phi and the person conflicting they instead flow together.
