Briar Patch Security Corps
The BPSC is a private security force, hired and managed by Alexion, and tasked with policing Briar Patch.
Structure
The BPSC as a whole is run by a Commissioner, who oversees all departments. Captains report directly to the Commissioner, and are responsible for at least 5 levels worth of Precincts. Each Precinct is commanded by a Chief, who reports to a Captain.
Culture
The residents of Briar Patch are all too aware that the BPSC is there primarily to serve the interests of Alexion, and there is some resentment and mistrust of the officers. The BPSC has set up community watch programs, public meetings, and extensive add campaigns to improve their image. Their approval rating hovers around 85% most of the time.
Assets
There is at least one precinct of BPSC officers on every level of the building. Each precinct is manned by ten officers, and is stocked with an array of weapons, armor, surveillance equipment, and a some small vehicles. Station houses will usually have a couple motorcycles and an armored sedan, with a garage to store them in.
