Dragon's Rest

As the mist clears, a large, open-air temple comes into view, perched on the edge of a cliff high above. The ship hovers, far from the dangers of the mist covered skyland. A small ship, no larger than a rowboat, breaks off and flies towards shore. The people aboard have plenty of time to admire the towering statue at the center of the temple, depicting a wizened man surrounded by seven songbirds. A long path winds up the side of the cliff to the temple, dotted along the way with doorways cut into the rock. Soon the ship comes to the rickety sky-dock hanging off the bottom of the cliff, and the people aboard tie up their ship and begin the walk up the cliff.

History

Dragon's Rest was created by Elder Runara as a temple and shrine to the late Titan Anidinth.

Points of interest

Dragon's Rest houses a fairly impressive library, as well as the shrine to Anidinth at the top of the temple.
