Eudora is a vampire, but an ancient one. She has double the supernatural strength and agility of a young vampire, along with impressive skill in martial combat, though she rarely uses it. Her mere presence is enough to force people to their knees, and if you manage to resist that, the magic she has perfected over the past few centuries ought to ensure you don't stay standing for much longer.

Personal history
Gilerielle Eudora was born on the 1st of Lockfort, 100 BC, into a wealthy Elven house, set to Divide imminently. However, the family was cautious of Division, knowing they had angered a human Lord in the region. People said he had Elven blood, for he was cunning and ruthless, unlike the rest of the dimwitted humans in his domain. His name was Lord Thackabaine.
Being the third daughter of the family, she had no choice in her choice of occupation, and was trained and educated in the ways of Elven combat. She spent decades in training, honing her knowledge of Elven law and skill with all manner of weapons. Above all else, however, she was taught to love and protect her house and family name. It was worth more than anything, and blood could and would be spilled for it. Whose blood it was mattered little. Upon her release from training, Gilerielle was ready to assume her position as House Knight of House Eudora. Soon after she took up her station, the human Lord Thackabaine, now a Vampire, attacked the Elves with his thralls and human footsoldiers, and she was forced to put her training into practise. It proved to be too little, as she was bitten by Thackabaine in the fight, and killed. Gilerielle Eudora accepted her failure, and was ready to embrace death. But she didn't die. She woke, buried beneath tens of layers of suffocating Elven flesh - an immense pile of dead soldiers. She dragged herself out in a daze, and surveyed the carnage before her. Lord Thackabaine had raised her home, and all those around it, to the ground.
The ensuing decades were a hazy blur, but one goal was clear to Gilerielle - revenge. She spent countless days in the forests around the new domain of the Vampire Lord, gathering information and plotting the best way to slay him. During this time, she found she had little need of food or water, and consuming anything became out of force of habit rather than necessity. Unknown to her, Gilerielle Eudora was now a Vampire, created by Lord Thackabaine himself, though he had not intended it.
The time came, and Gilerielle enacted her plan to kill Thackabaine. There was an interruption, however. The sky was rent in half as Gilerielle advanced on her target , and a blazing fragment of destruction tore down from the heavens. In minutes, as Gilerielle stood in stunned silence, the Fate Star hit, and the world was obliterated.
Yet again, Gilerielle wished to be enveloped in the nothingness that is death. Yet again, she woke. Her newfound Vampiric nature forced her to continue existing, no matter how she resisted. She floated on a shard of rock in a violent grey sea, and clung to it, until she came ashore on an island, newly created by the Fate Star. The world had changed around her in the blink of an eye.
She made this island, later called Barrule, her home, and watched Lizardfolk rise in its jungles, then Drow crawl up from below, and bent them all to her will.
She now lives with two simple desires at heart: find Lord Thackabaine, if he persists, exact vengeance upon the whole human race for what they did to her home, and restore the order of the World Before. Put Elves back upon their seat of power, and teach everything else its correct place.

Accomplishments & Achievements
Bent the island of Barrule to her will, essentially enslaving its Lizardfolk inhabitants and becoming their Queen.
She has avoided scrutiny by the other island nations entirely by simply remaining a passive observer in their affairs. Most regard her island as a useless jungle infested with monstrosities anyway, and have no interest in it.
Failures & Embarrassments
She has never found any trace of Lord Thackabaine or his army, and regards it as a complete failure of her as an individual.
Several times, she has attempted to bargain with entities from the lower planes of the Abyss and the Nine Hells, but her vampiric nature put off the majority of potential allies. She was deemed too powerful, and a potential threat by most.
Personality Characteristics
Motivation
Wants to restore the balance of the World Before, by enacting a genocide of the human race. She sees this as the only way to create a world that allows for the longer lived races such as Elves and Dwarves to truly thrive. Humans may be introduced later, but their ubiquity is creating an unhealthy imbalance that is damaging the whole material plane.
Before she can do this, however, she needs to become untouchable. She needs nefarious allies galore, though none quite powerful enough to defeat her, and all with some sort of dependence on her. That way, she has absolute control. After she has built a sufficient buffer zone of allies and collaborators, she can set about becoming unkillable herself, potentially by pursuing lichdom, or crafting a particularly ingenious Wish spell.
