King

The last known King in the Empire was a figurehead put in place over Skovland. He was assassinated, bringing an end to the Unity War. Some nobility rule in Iruvia, but truly, only The Immortal Emperor rules.
Prestige: The King is highly prestigious, and usually loved by many, even when doing a terrible job.
Accoutrement: Kings usually have land to rule over, armies to command, and a stronghold to live in.
Training: Being of noble blood or appointed by the Immortal Emporer seems to be the only way to become a monarch.
