Consus Vittori has served as a commander in the Van Myr army since he was first blooded, a result first of his noble lineage but later justified by the victories he carried the nascent army to after the fall of Waxwing. Despite his acclaim and record of victories he was not chosen to be in charge of the armed forces, and was most recently returned from the Hierlands in deference to the HIgh Duke's personal leadership.
Consus is said to be a skilled commander and formidable warrior - he is said to have married the most beautiful woman in Heute, and the stories of his duel with her suitors is an epic tale popular in the taverns and drinkhouses of the capital. Despite winning his position at first due to his bloodline he is said to be highly meritocratic, and is greatly respected by his troops.
Consus commands the armies of Van Myr in the Northern Settlements, and is headquartered with 500+ men in the Coastal Settlements
