Void Cloak

Wondrous item, legendary   This cloak is made of a strange, shimmering material that seems to absorb all light. When you wear the cloak, you gain the following benefits:
  • You have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks.
  • You are resistant to necrotic and radiant damage.
  • You can cast the invisibility spell at will.
In addition, you can use the cloak to create a portal to the void. As an action, you can speak the command word and touch the cloak. A portal to the void opens at your feet, measuring 5 feet in diameter. The portal remains open for 1 minute, or until you close it as an action.   Any creature that enters the portal is immediately transported to a random location in the void. The creature can return to the Material Plane by exiting the portal, but there is a 10% chance that the portal will collapse when the creature exits.   The Void Cloak is a powerful item that can be used for a variety of purposes. It can be used to escape danger, to infiltrate enemy territory, or to explore the void itself. However, it is important to be aware of the dangers of using the cloak, as the void is a dangerous place.   Here are some ideas for how the Void Cloak could be used in a D&D 5e campaign:   The player characters could use the cloak to escape from a dungeon or to infiltrate a castle. The player characters could use the cloak to travel to the void and explore its secrets. The player characters could use the cloak to rescue someone who has been trapped in the void. The player characters could use the cloak to fight against creatures from the void. The Void Cloak is a versatile item that can be used to create all sorts of interesting and exciting adventures.
