The Green Twins are identical twin siblings known in name only as Yellow and Blue, though they go by many titles and nicknames. They are known for their ruthlessness and fierce desire to remain a small independent nation. They have an insatiable desire for the growth and expansion of Gavenlow, and although their hands and eyes are everywhere, they are rarely seen themselves and few people know what they look like or even where they reside.
They were born on the eve of the new year, Blue minutes before midnight, and Yellow minutes after the first day.
Yellow is the less jovial of the twins, the hard one, the get-down-to-business Twin.
