High Street Sewer System

High Street sewers let out in dozens of well sealed passages and coverings in the district itself, but the least guarded access point is where it ends in a muddy bog in Southbridge.
The tunnels directly beneath High Street are well maintained, cleaned regularly, and orderly in design. It is an oft used route for maintenance workers and any other lowly worker that High Street believes should be utilized, but not seen--this includes builders, repairmen, window washers, sophomore guards, messengers, and even some footmen.
