Kielen Kingdom
The Kielen Kingdom is an extremely powerful industrial power in the Ring and controls a great deal far beyond its borders through the sheer power of its industry and economy. The mountains that form most of the landmass this kingdom rules are home to rich veins of common and rare metals and most likely a not insignificant amount of magical material. The tunnels the kingdom has carved through these mountains however are not simple highways but are dangerous crossings almost always beset by monsters and humanoids with ill intent. With the Grimorz Kingdom to the west and the Siromar Kingdom to the north, Kielen makes up in ground trade where it looses its naval trade due to its small navy.
Structure
The king or queen rules with near absolute power. Hereditary succession to eldest child. A council of representatives brings matters of the kingdom to the king from the perspective of various cities and prominent guilds.
Demography and Population
Roughly 40% dwarfs with 35% human, 10% halflings, and the rest split and shifting between the other races.
