Evercoast

Evercoast, the hybrid city of the elves. It is a place where land meets both sea and underground. A stable mining community of underground merfolk, the workers of the drow, and the craftsmen of the elves give this city a name for itself as a metropolis of creation and magic. Their connection to the fey and the fiends give them a unique ability to shape the world around them.

Government

Evercoast is ran by a council, the council is headed by the high elves, but each of the elvish races have a place at the council.

Defences

Clockwork mechanisms guard the island, protecting it from anyone who would invade. Their navy is formidable and well armed, if they need to, they will take up arms against any intruders.

Industry & Trade

Mining, wood, and magic are the main exports of evercoast. They explore the world trying to find new places to trade to and to expand their knowledge.

Infrastructure

A hybrid of the elvish architecture and that of the dwarves that lived there before them give wooden and stone buildings side by side. They have hellfire furnaces, and a great navy. With the furnaces, they are one of the few places left in the world that can craft adamantine.

Assets

A large dwarvish mine used by the merfolk allows them to trade precious stones and metals, and the lush underground forests of the drow give them pleanty of food and wood.

Guilds and Factions

Adventurers guild, miners guild, clocksmith guild, magic guild, lumber guild, and the thieves guild all run strong in Evercoast.

History

Once owned by the dwarves, the dwarves were killed during the cataclysm, during which the red king went mad. Hundreds of years after, the elves took up residence on top of where the dwarfish lands once stood.

Architecture

A mix of elf and dwarf architecture gives the city a strange appearance.

Geography

A winding river that flows down from the mountains in the north give a better trade route through the land.

Natural Resources

Adamantine, mithril, wood, and gemstones are all abundant.
