Boss of the Lozono Family, Dorothy's life was changed the night of the Myer's Hill Massacre. The visions of dark terror she witnessed instilled in her a violent temperament and a need to never be seen without a mask. Now she rules Arkham's underworld with an iron fist.

Dorothy spent the first 19 years of her life under the protection of the family. As the daughter of the don, she was raised in the lap of luxury. When she was 18, she was granted control of one of Arkham's ports. This lead to a feud with the dock worker Harrison Haig, when a shootout cost the life of one of his dear friends.
On the night of the Myer's Hill Massacre, Dorothy's mind was warped irreparably. She fleed the scene, and was not seen for months. When she reemerged, it was wearing the mask.
