Caustermyne

A Caustermyne is any Mortal who goes through the Change, seemingly creating the Magick genes out of thin air. Caustermyne were created by the White Dæmon at the request of Gaia who felt the there was not enough Ancient Ones to combat the Old Gods. As a consequence of this Caustermyne have several quirks to them not present in other Mages, the most important is the lack of a Circle, Caustermyne are instead capable of drawing directly on Aura to create Magick, making them more powerful than average Mages, but more likely to suffer a Burning.
