Kolvar enjoyes a world of privilege since his birth, even allowed in the College of Xavarian Warfare, in Xavaria. Where he was brought up to date in the latest military tactics, While studying in Xavaria he joined the Colleague club, a infamous club of young royalties, well known for their wild dinner parties. After his studies he toured the Arcian continent to improve relations with the other nations. In the Amoravid kingdom he married princess Arilemna Antistius Reyyarus.
Yet his happy life turned upside down in the Stahlist invasion., His father and back then Imperator Hagmer IV Rutilius Empeiros died when the Stahlist entered the shores of Xavaria, where he was checking the defences at the time. Kolvar was put unceremoniously on the throne of the Etherian empire and picked up where his father left off. He even went further. He assembled an army and decided to merge it with that of the As-Gallia. But even though this looked like a great plan, Kolvar did not take the tremendous speed of the Stahlist tide into account. While he was assembling his army and discussing with As-Gallia which general was going to lead what part of the forces, The Stahlists overran the Xavarian empire and where breaching into As-Gallia. The next two days became the most hectic days of kolvar's life, Where he tried to stop the Stahlist tide with little success, His armies where constantly on the retreat, Yet when his army prepared for a last defence on the Etherian border, The Stahlists suddenly retreated and left the world in ruins.
What followed was the scramble for Arcia. Most nations on Arcia completely collapsed are are severly weakened, tipping the power scale in favour of the Etherian empire and the Tulvian republic. Over the next few months Kolvar suppressed separatists, supported legal states and annexed territories. When the world stabilized a bit more he formed the league of survivors, helping the major powers to recover from the crisis.
Currently he still rules the Etherian empire, the empire under his rule grew to it's largest size in years but the cracks are already showing. As-Gallia is rumbling and with other nations growing in strength it might be soon that they'll try to reconquer the more distant lands of the empire.
