Milaconi

Milaconi, is a mysterious human woman reportedly from Augur-kala. She appears to be about 60 years old, though some parts of her body have been replaced with numenera. She appeared in the Plains of Kataru and somehow managed to win a few followers from under the nose of Clan Hahrwiz, and immediately began winning battles against larger forces, and the nomads who have joined her have proven loyal. None have deserted.  Conflicting reports indicate that she can control the weather, personally manipulates the iron wind, or even summons giant flying lizards to her aid. She is rumored to have brought the prophetic fungus to the plains from some far away shore.
Nothing else is known about her or her goals.
