Vusotalia is the most populous country on Epilev, and is described as the area around the Vuso, Tal, and Vusotal rivers. It also encompasses the Vuso valley, a large area of rolling hills and swamp, between the Vuso and Tal rivers. It is the most populous country in Epilev, and one of 17 with nuclear weapons.

An elaborate highway system crossing major cities, but skips many rural divisions. There are also large spaceport complexes in Tobska and Vutal.
Education
Vusotalian children go to Primary and Secondary school befor they are fully educated. Primary school has kindergarten and 5 grades, where the school week has 4 days and 3 weekend days. Due to Vusotalia’s Fascist past, students are nationalized in primary school, but to a lesser extent than when Vusotalia was Fascist. Secondary school has 5 school days in a week, and is the last required education course set. College and university educations are optional.
Infrastructure
Sewers, water pipe systems, and roads are is all cities and towns. Undergrounds are in most cities except for ones in rural regions. there are bridges where roads and waterways meet, and almost all waterways have bridges.
