Vusotalians
The Vusotalians are the residents of the largest and most populous country in Epilev, with a culture similar to that of Serbia (except for the customs listed). The country itself has many ethnic minorities, but the Vusotalians are the largest ethnic group. Due to a reason lost to time, they are unable to pronounce the [ɸ] sound. They tend to be shorter than the average Epil, and have red Irises. Most have a slightly louder tense than normal Epils as well.They are a monogamous group.
