Risen Gods

The Risen Gods are a collection of human deities that were once humans, but they ascended to deity status through a variety of methods. When their mortal souls were granted immortality and godhood, they became paragons of their ideals. The worship of such deities is often outlawed along with the worship of the Gods of Dominance, as they are both seen as heresy.
