Badenport

The Shipbuilding Capital of the Empire

A large port city surrounded by hardwood forests towards the south of The Strongbow Empire. Home to a mostly minority population, Badenport is often seen as a "trouble" city, but in reality it is just as profitable and likely just as problematic as every other city. Badenport is a melting pot of cultures, boasting some of the best ships and finest jewlery. The ship-building capital of the Empire, the shipyards and drydocks line the entire southern portion of shoreline.

A 10 foot wall surrounds the major portion of the city. The government provides soldiers to act as guards, the vast majority are from the city they protect.

There is a massive ship building industry here, nearly every aspect of life in this city revolves around ship building and maritime trade.

Geography

The city surrounds a small, deep bay. The north side of the shoreline are docks while the southern shoreline is where the drydocks and shipyards are located.
