The Clearwater Palace is located in the middle of the Dockside Market, situated between both the Temple Square and Dockside Square. The vast buildings forms the center of Wittering's day-to-day government with various courts, embassies and city offices therein, as well as the living chambers of the Unmasked Laeral Silverhand.
