The Assembly

The best of Thorne came together to lead Ravnica as “The Assembly.” By dividing themselves among the teams which would control Ravnica, The Assembly made the executive decisions on behalf of the Council. Made up of the legendary Hemomancer, horrifying Bloodlust, and eerily silent Phantom Knight, the Assembly served to further the means of the Council from the top down . . . when they were able to communicate with each other, that is.
